Beko Freezer Persistent Malfunctions and Lack of Resolution

I bought a Beko freezer two and a half years ago. It encountered two errors within the first few months, prompting the decision to replace the freezer, which was carried out. However, just two weeks ago, the new freezer developed another problem: it began to form ice inside. The ice melted, and neither the error nor its cause was mentioned in the user guide. The technicians who came to inspect also were unable to pinpoint the source of the problem. They placed a device in the freezer for three days, and the results showed that the appliance was working properly. I had not used the freezer in a week, but when I placed items inside today, I noticed frost forming. When I called customer service, they sent me a link to schedule another service visit. I'm very interested to see what happens when the service technician arrives and what decision will be made. I'm baffled as to why a potential flaw in this product hasn't resulted in a replacement. Are there others who are having similar problems?
