I am using a Quotex trading account, and on 18 May, I made a withdrawal where the funds were sent to the wrong account. Instead of entering the correct bank or wallet details, I mistakenly entered my Aadhaar card number in the withdrawal section. Despite this clear mismatch, the withdrawal was processed as successful, even though an Aadhaar number is not an account that I own or control. Because of this, my money has gone to an account that is not mine, and I have no access to these funds. I believe the system should not have allowed such a withdrawal to be completed with invalid or mismatched details, and this has caused me serious concern and loss. I kindly request that the withdrawal be cancelled and that the full amount be returned to my Quotex balance so that I can withdraw it correctly to my own account. I ask you to review this transaction urgently, track where the funds were sent, and resolve this issue in my favour as soon as possible.
