Bosch WGA252Z0TR Washing Machine Leaves Gray Stains on Clothes

I have been using a Bosch WGA252Z0TR/40 washing machine in my home in Adana Çukurova for about 3 years, and I have been experiencing the same problem since the first day I bought it. The machine leaves gray stains on almost all my laundry, especially on white clothes, and my laundry comes out visibly dirty and in a very bad condition, which has become very distressing for me. During this period, the Bosch service came to my home many times. At first, they blamed the fine dust softener for the problem. When the issue continued, they changed the drum and, together with it, three more parts. Despite these changes, the gray stains on my laundry did not stop. The service also did several trial washes in my home, but without doing a proper test, they ended up blaming the water installation and the water itself. I was given a record number only once and, despite asking many times afterwards, I was not given the information again, so I currently do not have any service or customer number in hand. As a result, after 3 years, I still cannot use my washing machine with peace of mind, and my laundry continues to be damaged. I request that my Bosch WGA252Z0TR/40 washing machine be replaced with a new, problem-free product and that the damage and victimization I have experienced due to this ongoing problem be taken into account and resolved as soon as possible.
