The Beko-branded refrigerator started peeling off its outer shell before 2 years had even passed. The service that came said it was due to humidity, but none of my other household appliances have such a problem. If it were due to humidity, my other appliances would have the same issue. I have other appliances from different brands. I asked for a solution but received no help. Since the day I bought it, the drawers in the freezer section have been breaking, even though there are few items inside. If the drawers are not going to be made to withstand ice, why are they made in the first place? Even my 20-year-old fridge does not peel. How does a 2-year-old fridge start peeling? When I called for help, they humiliated me. I am a victim.
