I'm very unhappy with my Beko refrigerator, which began peeling its exterior after only two years of use. When the service team arrived, they blamed it on humidity, which is a pathetic excuse given that none of my other appliances have experienced similar problems. I demanded a proper solution, but they refused. Not only that, but the freezer drawers have been breaking since the day I bought them, despite the fact that there are only a few items inside. Why are these drawers made in the first place if they can't handle frozen items? Even my 20-year-old fridge is free of peeling. I'm tired of their lack of support and assistance when I asked for it. As a result of this experience, I feel humiliated and neglected as a customer. Beko must take the initiative to address these issues and provide a satisfactory solution for their faulty products.
