I Face Missing ₹1,500 Deposit Problem on 4rabet

On 26 May, I made two UPI transfers from my Kotak Mahindra Bank savings account to my 4rabet account, one for ₹1000 and another for ₹500. Both amounts were debited from my Kotak account, but they are still not showing in my 4rabet balance. When I contacted Kotak Mahindra Bank about these missing deposits, I was told that they are not responsible, even though the money has been deducted from my account and not credited to 4rabet. I am stuck in the middle between the bank and the platform, with no clear resolution, and my money is missing. I request that these transactions be investigated urgently and that either the total amount of ₹1500 be credited correctly to my 4rabet account or refunded to my Kotak Mahindra Bank savings account as soon as possible.
