I purchased a Beko dishwasher, but before I could even use it, it started displaying an E01 error code. I called customer service, and a technician came to check the machine. They assured me it was fixed, but just 30 minutes after they left, the same error appeared again.
I contacted Beko service once more, and they sent another technician who again claimed the issue was resolved. However, the E01 error code returned immediately. Frustrated, I requested a product replacement, and they agreed—but after that, no one followed up or contacted me. When I called customer service again, they denied having any record of my replacement request and instead offered another service appointment, putting me in an endless cycle of unresolved repairs.
