Beko Washing Machine Malfunctioned After 5 Months – Requesting Replacement


I bought a brand-new Beko washing machine not even two months ago, and it’s already showing an E01 error code. This is completely unacceptable for a new product—especially one I’m still paying for in installments. A machine this new should not be breaking down already.
When I called customer service, I was told that if any parts need to be replaced during the repair, I might have to pay for it. Then what’s the point of having a warranty? I paid a significant amount of money expecting quality, and instead, I’m dealing with faults and potential repair charges within weeks of purchase.
