Recurring Service and No Replacement for Beko BM3023 Dishwasher

My Beko BM3023 dishwasher started acting up only six months after I bought it. It didn't want to wash the dishes properly and would often not turn off. It's gone to the service center four times for the same problem, but each time they've found different issues. Because of these different, unrelated problems, they won't give a replacement. I don't understand why they keep changing the excuses for the same issue just to avoid giving me a replacement. Dealing with a company that doesn't support the products it sells can be really frustrating, and it has left me feeling very dissatisfied. I don't believe this machine can ever be fixed, and now I want a new one.
