Beko Dishwasher Doesn't Dry, Service Takes Photos of Dry Dishes, No Fix
On March 12th, I purchased a Beko dishwasher, trusting the company's dependability and Borusan delivery service. The delivery and installation took place on March 22nd. When we ran it, we discovered that it was not drying the dishes. The first service technician who arrived on March 26th just stated, "This is beyond us," and left. The technician who arrived on the 27th asked, "How is there moisture?" without operating the machine and instead took images of unused dishes from three days before. They made no attempt to use the machine. This team pretended to be diagnosing an issue, snapping photos of my completely dry plates and adding, "We'll write up a replacement, we don't know what the headquarters will decide." I don't understand why they photographed my dry dishes. Yes, Beko is a global brand, yet the circumstance upset me.
