BC Game Accused Me of Multi Accounts and Blocked My Profile

I am a BC Game user with an account registered under the email address choudharyrupes***@gmail.com, and my account has been blocked due to referral-related reasons. BC Game is accusing me of having multiple accounts, but I have not created any additional accounts; the other accounts belong to my friends.
Because of this, I believe my account has been blocked unfairly, and I am being treated as if I am violating the rules, even though I have only used my single personal account. This situation is both frustrating and concerning.
I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed again and that BC Game provide clear proof and a detailed explanation of any allegations made against me. If there is no valid evidence showing that I own multiple accounts, I expect my account to be reactivated and any balance or bonuses in my account to be fully restored.
I want this issue to be resolved fairly, as I have not intentionally violated any rules and only wish to continue using my account normally.
