I Face Agoda Double Charge for Same Hotel Booking

I made a reservation through Agoda at Bacelo Hotel Muscat for a standard double room under the name Jayantha Dissana****, with booking number 656201847, for one night from May 9 to May 10. The room price was approximately $80, and I only intended to make one booking.

However, due to a system error, two bookings were created for the same dates, and the same amount was charged twice to my card. I contacted Agoda regarding this duplicate charge, but the issue has still not been resolved, and both charges remain on my account even though there was only one stay and I did not need or use a second room.

I kindly request that the second, duplicate charge be canceled and fully refunded to my card as soon as possible, as I neither made nor used a second booking.
