My Beko deep freezer has stopped cooling, and this isn’t the first time I’ve faced this issue. Previously, a service technician came, claimed it was working, and installed a part, but the same problem has returned. I have no place to store the food, and when I called for service today, they told me no one could come. This is completely unacceptable, as it directly impacts the safety of my food and my health. I’ve even had similar issues with my Beko refrigerator before. This repeated lack of reliability has made me lose all trust in the brand. I demand an immediate resolution and proper service to fix the freezer once and for all.
They said your deep freezer replacement was approved, the new one came, and the product that arrived was defective.
