Beko CM 9102 B Washing Machine Ruins Clothes
I've been experiencing problems with my Beko CM 9102 B washing machine for about a year. The machine has been replaced twice, yet my issue remains unresolved. Approximately ₺20,000 worth of clothes have been ruined. Each time I call the service, they come and go, claiming there's no problem. All my clothes, including shirts and everything else, are covered in oil stains. I am demanding a replacement of the washing machine and compensation for my losses. Otherwise, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. Living in Ilgın/Konya Milli Egemenlik Neighborhood, Mehmet D. I deeply regret purchasing this machine. Beko is a disappointment.
