Miniso Advertised a 50-Inch Jessie Plush but Delivered a 50 cm Toy

I purchased a Disney Pixar Toy Story Jessie plush toy from Miniso's online store on October 8, 2026, under order number 114513. The product was delivered on October 9, 2026. Although the product title and description listed the toy as 50 inches tall, the item I received was only approximately 50 cm tall. Since 50 inches equals 127 cm, there is a clear and significant discrepancy between the advertised dimensions and the actual size of the product delivered.

I believe this is not simply a marketing choice but misleading and deceptive product information that misleads customers. I specifically chose this toy because of its advertised large size, but the item I received was much smaller than expected.

I request that Miniso replace the item with an identical Jessie plush toy that matches the advertised dimensions of 50 inches (127 cm). I also ask Miniso to correct the product listing to ensure that the advertised size is accurate and customers are not misled.
