Beko CM 12140 B Washing Machine Fails to Spin Clothes Properly


I recently purchased the Beko CM 12140 B washing machine, and within just two months, I've had to call the service twice. The machine fails to spin clothes properly and extends wash times significantly, and the service team's explanation boils down to a shrug, saying, "What can we do?" Not only does it wash clothes for an absurdly long duration, but the advertised 12 kg capacity seems misleading. The service team claims we shouldn't exceed 5 kg for synthetic fabrics, leaving me questioning why I invested ₺28,000 in a 12 kg machine if it can only handle 5 kg effectively. Other brands offer 9 kg machines capable of handling bulky items like blankets, but my 12 kg Beko struggles even with curtains, and the service team attributes this limitation to the spinning issue.
The machine triggers errors, and when I call for service, they conveniently claim it works fine in their presence. How can it not show errors while we're here, but it does when we're not? It's absurd. They even try to convince me that the error photos are misleading. I'm seeking a refund and demand a resolution to this frustrating situation.
