Bein Sports Subscription Fails to Honor Promised Freeze Option

I purchased a Bein Sports subscription, and the customer service team called me every day until the subscription was activated, assisting me with the subscription process. During my subscription, they informed me (via voice logs) that I would be able to freeze my subscription for two months in the future. I contacted customer service after the league ended to have my subscription frozen, but they informed me that such a service was no longer available and that it only applied to annual subscriptions. I reminded them that this option was never explicitly mentioned during the subscription process and that I was specifically told I could cancel my subscription for two months. They did, however, dismiss my complaint and provide an unfavorable resolution.
