Bein Sports Digiturk Signal Issues for 4.5 Months - No Solution Found
been a Digiturk user for almost 4.5 months, and during this time, I have been experiencing a significant decrease in signal quality. The receiver keeps showing the E48-32 error code, and despite trying everything to fix it, including replacing the device, the issue persists. It's frustrating that sometimes the signal works, and other times it doesn't. For the past 4.5 months, I haven't been able to watch any matches on beIN Sports 1 properly. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, please share your solution. Moreover, the customer service has been non-existent. Despite paying for the service, I feel like I'm not getting the quality I deserve. There's no response from the service team, and whenever I try to contact them, I'm left on hold for ages. It's unacceptable to pay for a service and receive no support.
