BEIN Sports Double-Charged for the Same Package

I initially chose Bein Sport's Tod application with three screens. On February 20th, I phoned customer service to upgrade to a four-screen plan for an additional ₺20. Customer service promised me, ''repurchase the same package, we'll deduct the ₺20 difference and refund the remainder." This can be verified by reviewing call logs. However, when I called later to claim the difference, I was told, "We can't process your payment." They managed to charge me twice for the same product. Despite my persistent attempts to talk with an authorized representative, no one from Bein Sport has contacted me. All of my complaint records are fully documented. An arrangement appears to have been reached with a call center, which tarnishes Bein Sport's reputation. Sharing my poor experiences with Bein Sports.
