BEIN Sports Charged Me Upfront and Misled Me About a Türk Telekom Partnership
I was called by BEIN Sports representatives and persuaded to sign up for a membership under misleading information. They set up a subscription that was supposed to be paid in 12 monthly installments, but the entire amount was charged at once. They claimed to have a partnership with Türk Telekom and said they could see my internet subscription, offering a discount based on that. However, I later found out from Türk Telekom that no such agreement exists. I have tried to reach Bein Sport to resolve this, but I cannot get in touch with anyone through customer service. I plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board via e-Devlet. I am very disappointed with this experience. I expect someone to contact me soon and refund the amount, including any applicable interest. Even when I try to access the service, I receive an error message saying, "You are not authorized to view this content."
