BEIN Sports Constant Freezing And Match Access Issues With No Support

I am a Bein Sports digital platform subscriber and I am having serious problems with the service. During almost every match broadcast, the stream constantly freezes, I have login issues from time to time, and I often cannot see the matches I want to watch. The freezing problem is continuous during the matches and makes it impossible to follow the games properly. Previously, I tried to reach Bein Sports customer service about similar problems, but either the calls were not answered or, when they were, there was almost no interest or support. Because of these repeated issues and the lack of support, I regret purchasing this service. I request a permanent technical solution to the freezing, access and match viewing problems, and if this cannot be resolved properly, I demand that my contract be cancelled without any penalties. I want these issues to be taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible.
