Not Receiving Any Help From Bein Following Membership Renewal
I contacted Bein to cancel my subscription due to technical issues. During the call, the representative offered me a new package. I clearly stated that I would only accept the new membership if my device's issues were resolved and it was fully operational. The representative assured me that a service visit would be arranged, and the device would be replaced if necessary. Based on this promise, I agreed to the new membership. However, it has now been 4 months since the renewal, and there has been no service appointment or any follow-up from Bein. When I try to call, there is no one to address my concerns. I am now planning to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Bein has been a regretful experience.
