PhonePe stuck at ‘processing’ forever after UPI transfer — how can I check status?

If PhonePe shows a UPI transfer stuck at “processing” forever, first check the progress of the payment in the app's Transaction History.

If the status is still "pending" after 48 hours, wait for your bank to usually send the final update within that time frame.

You can also double-check using your bank's app or web banking. Use the UPI/Transaction ID (UTR) to find a record of the UPI debit or credit.

If nothing changes after 48 hours—no debit on your bank account and no credit to the recipient—open PhonePe, go to Help, then Transaction Issues, then Pending Payments, select the transaction, and file a complaint so they can escalate it.

If the problem is still not fixed after contacting support, you might want to file a report on Xolvie to bring attention to it and try to get it fixed.
