I Sent ₹900 Through PhonePe to Pari Match and the Money Is Missing
I made a deposit of 900 INR to my Pari Match account on 17 June at around 20:46 using PhonePe, linked to my Punjab National Bank account, with UTR number 690665708276. Even though the payment was successfully completed from my side, the money has not been credited back to me or reflected in my Pari Match account for the last three days. In addition to the missing 900 INR, I am also unable to access your support system from my phone, so I have not been able to reach customer service through the app or site. I do not know why the support page is not opening, which makes it impossible for me to resolve this directly with you. Since this 900 INR is urgent for me, I request that the amount be refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible, or that you clearly inform me about the status of this transaction and process the refund without any further delay.
