PhonePe Did Not Credit My ₹1,800 Wallet Deposit After Three Days

I am using PhonePe in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and on 2/6/2026 at around 3:15 I deposited an amount of ₹1,800 from my India Post Payments Bank account to add money to my PhonePe wallet. Even after 3 days, this amount has not been added to my PhonePe wallet balance. The amount has been debited from my India Post Payments Bank account, and I have the transaction documents and details such as the reference number and screenshot available. However, the money is neither showing in my PhonePe wallet nor returned to my bank account, which is causing me a lot of inconvenience. I request PhonePe to urgently check this transaction and either add the ₹1,800 to my PhonePe wallet or refund the full amount back to my India Post Payments Bank account as soon as possible. I am ready to share the transaction ID, UPI reference and screenshots whenever required so that this issue can be resolved quickly.
