PhonePe Deposit Not Received

I deposited 5,000 rupees to my Jalwa Game account via PhonePe, but the money has not been reflected in my game balance. According to the PhonePe transaction confirmation, the payment of 5,000 rupees to the receiver named SAMBHAJI SHIVAJI M*** was completed successfully, with transaction ID T2608251419407713084552 and UTR number 575691512649. Even though the payment shows as successful on my side, my Jalwa Game account balance has not increased and I have not received any deposit in the game. I request that my deposit of 5,000 rupees be immediately credited to my Jalwa Game account as soon as possible. I also request a clear explanation of why this problem occurred and for this issue not to be repeated in the future.
