PhonePe Completed My ₹4,999.96 Payment but Parimatch Never Credited It
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a PhonePe transaction made to fund my Parimatch account that has still not been credited, even though it is shown as successful on PhonePe. On 13/06/2026 at around 9:35 AM, an amount of ₹4,999.96 was paid via PhonePe from the bank account of account holder GUNDAMMA, account number 1935104000069571, IFSC code IBKL0001935. The transaction details are as follows: UTR 454219506671 and Transaction ID T2606130935050201990962. The amount has been successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not been reflected in my Parimatch wallet. Since then, I have been following up about this issue and started raising it actively from 18 June. I have already provided all necessary proofs, including detailed payment information and a bank statement clearly showing that the amount was deducted. I have also contacted Parimatch via email and through their customer support, but I have not received any proper response or resolution from their side. My expectation from PhonePe is that this genuine and completed transaction should be resolved without any further delay. I request that you either coordinate with the beneficiary and ensure that the ₹4,999.96 is credited to my Parimatch account, or provide a clear and detailed explanation of the current status of this transaction and what steps are being taken to fix this issue. I am facing inconvenience due to this delay and repeated follow‑ups, so I kindly ask that this matter be treated as urgent and resolved at the earliest.
