Deposit Not Received

I used the BDG Win betting platform and deposited money into my account, but the deposit has not been reflected in my balance and my account has effectively been cut off from the amount I sent. Despite the payment being deducted from my side, it does not appear in my BDG Win account and I cannot use it in any way. My BDG Win UID is 15778***. On 11.07.2026 I made a successful PhonePe payment of ₹100 to Bharat Agro Traders with transaction ID T2607111941423330302716 and reference code RC20260711194040911015002b related to my deposit order on BDG Win, but this amount has still not been credited to my BDG Win balance. I request that the missing deposit be immediately checked using these transaction details and my deposit order on the system, my balance updated correctly, and my lost amount refunded or added to my account without further delay.
