Deposit Not Reflected On My PhonePe Account, Request Solution Or Full Refund

On 04/07/2026, I deposited a total of 12,200 INR (one deposit of 9000 INR and another of 3200 INR) to my Bdg Win account via PhonePe, but the money has not been added to my Bdg Win wallet. I refreshed my account many times, but the balance did not change and the deposits are not reflected. I request that you solve this problem immediately by refunding the full amount of 12,200 INR directly to my bank account, because the deposits did not reach my Bdg Win wallet and I cannot use my money.
