PhonePe Debited My ₹4,000 Transfer but Bank of Baroda Never Received It
I made a bank transfer of ₹4000 through PhonePe on 20/06/2026 between around 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM to my Bank of Baroda account ending with 6525. The amount of ₹4000 has been debited from my side, but it has still not been credited to my Bank of Baroda account. In the app it is showing a problem / stuck status and the payment has not gone through properly even though the money has been deducted. This is not the first time I am facing such an issue with PhonePe; similar problems have occurred multiple times earlier with transfers of ₹2000, where the amount was deducted but not credited immediately. These repeated failures are causing me a lot of inconvenience and loss of trust in the service. I request that this particular ₹4000 transaction be checked urgently and that the amount be either immediately credited to my Bank of Baroda account ending with 6525 or refunded back to my source account as soon as possible. I also request a clear explanation for these repeated failed transactions and a permanent resolution so that such issues do not occur again.

Contact Support ***************** If you have sent money to the wrong person on PhonePe, immediately report the transaction via the PhonePe Contact Support or raise a ticket under the 'Help' section in the app. Since UPI transactions are instant and direct, a refund requires the receiver's consent or bank intervention.
