Deposit Pending For Eight Days

I deposited 1,999.96 INR via UPI through PhonePe to my Batery Bet account (Account ID: 45052***) on 6 June 2026. Although the amount was successfully debited from my bank and I have both the transaction ID and the official bank statement, the funds have still not been credited to my Batery Bet account after more than a week. I first contacted your customer support on 6 June 2026 and have since sent multiple follow‑up emails, attaching my bank statement and clearly mentioning the transaction details. So far, I have only received automated bot replies asking me to wait, and no real response or solution from your support team. There is no live chat option available either, which makes it even more difficult to resolve this issue. Since the payment has been taken from my bank but not reflected in my Battery Bet balance, I no longer want this amount to be added to my casino account. I request that you immediately refund the full amount of 1,999.96 INR back to the original payment source (my PhonePe / linked bank account from which the transaction was made) and share the refund transaction receipt with me. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently, as the delay and lack of proper support are unfair and causing me serious inconvenience.
