Withdrawal Not Credited To PhonePe Or UPI
I am writing to report that my withdrawal from Parimatch has not been credited to me. On 7 May, I requested withdrawals totalling 1,00,000 INR, including 30,000 INR via UPI and a further 70,000 INR, to be received through PhonePe. Despite the time that has passed, the money has still not reached my PhonePe/UPI account. I request that Parimatch urgently checks my withdrawal requests from 7 May and ensures that my full amount of 1,00,000 INR is credited to my PhonePe/UPI account without any further delay, or clearly explains the reason for the non-payment and resolves it immediately.
