Deposit Not Received

On 11-06-2026, I deposited 5000 INR to my Jalwa.Game gaming account via UPI using PhonePe, but the amount has still not been credited to my Jalwa.Game account. The UTR number of the transaction is 023193249990, and the money has already been deducted from my bank account. I contacted Jalwa.Game customer service via chat and they requested payment proof. I sent all the requested documents, including the payment receipt, the receiver UPI ID, a payment proof video, and my bank statement. However, they repeatedly rejected all of my proofs and my issue remains unresolved, even though the payment was successfully made from my side. I request that my 5000 INR deposit with UTR 023193249990 be verified and either immediately credited to my Jalwa.Game account or refunded back to my original payment method. I also ask for a clear explanation of why my proofs were rejected and for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. My UID :10819***
