Deposit Not Received

On 18.09.2026 I deposited 10,000 INR from my State Bank of India account to my Tashan Win gaming account using UPI. The payment was processed through PhonePe and the amount was successfully debited from my bank account. On the confirmation screen, the transaction is shown as successful for 10,000 INR to the UPI ID linked to Tashan Win, with transaction ID T2609190109371715500144 and UTR number 549944982685. Despite this, the money has still not been credited to my Tashan Win game account. I have been waiting since yesterday, but my Tashan Win balance has not increased and I have not received any clear explanation or solution. My expectation is that the 10,000 INR I deposited will be immediately and correctly added to my Tashan Win game account balance, or that I will be clearly informed about the reason and the exact status of this transaction.
