Bauhaus Fails: Lack of Assistance and Rude Customer Service
I bought a bathroom shelf from Bauhaus, but the process of choosing and purchasing it was far more difficult than I expected. I couldn’t find any staff member to assist me, and there was no available checkout counter to complete my payment. I was planning to buy other items as well, but I gave up due to the indifference of the aisle staff. When I tried to ask questions, I was met with an attitude that felt like “go away.” On top of that, I encountered a customer service representative who ignored complaints, didn’t answer the phone, and wasn’t even present in the office. Why should I ever return to a store where I have to deal with such arrogance and leave feeling stressed?
