Bauhaus Makes No Refund for the Weak, Poor Quality Heater

bought a heater from them, but when it got here, it was disappointingly weak. Because of this, promptly started a return, hoping for a quick resolution. It's been six days since I sent the item back, though, and still cannot get my money back even worse, Bauhaus has been terrible at communicating with me. Their only way to communicate is through WhatsApp, where a rude robot always gives the same generic answers. Today, after what seemed like an endless wait, the robot told me that they would need at least two weeks to look over the returned item before they could give me any more information, can't believe that a reputable business would keep its customers in the dark for so long.
