Game Deposit Not Credited After Successful UPI Payment

On 20 June at around 3:40, I deposited 300 rupees into the BDG Game application via UPI. The payment went through successfully, but the amount has still not been added to my game wallet, and the transaction is showing as “to be paid” or pending on the game side. I made this payment using UPI with the transaction ID 20260620155646266734709686681600 and UPI reference 653780161795. Even though the money has been debited from my bank, the balance is not reflecting in my BDG Game account. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that either the 300 rupees be immediately credited to my BDG Game wallet as per my deposit, or else the full amount be refunded back to my UPI-linked bank account.
