Binomo Withdrawal Option Unavailable Since Account Registration

I recently created a Binomo account in India and used it for about one day, during which I deposited funds and now have a balance of 1,000 INR. From the moment I opened the account, the withdrawal option has not been available for my account, and I am unable to withdraw my own money. I contacted Binomo customer support about this problem and was informed that it would take 10 business days. I find it very concerning that I cannot access my funds and that withdrawals are blocked so early, right after creating the account. I request that my withdrawal option be enabled without further delay and that my 1,000 INR be allowed to be withdrawn to my chosen payment method. I also ask for a clear explanation of why withdrawals were not available on my account from the beginning.
