I Still Haven’t Received My Refund from Bauhaus After Return
I purchased a product from Bauhaus’ online store and completed the return process at their Kağıthane branch. After handing over the item, the store asked me to send a photo of the return document via Bauhaus WhatsApp, which I promptly did.
Weeks have passed, and I still haven’t received my refund. I contacted customer service twice, and both times I was told that the refund would be issued immediately. That never happened.
This was my first time ordering from Bauhaus online, and it will absolutely be the last. I’ve never seen such a poorly managed process. It’s been nearly a month since the return was processed, and I’m still waiting to get my money back.
