Money Deducted but Account Balance Never Updated
On 10-06-2026, I made a deposit of 1900 INR to my Tashan Win account via UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my UPI, but it was not credited to my Tashan Win game wallet. After noticing that the money was missing from my UPI but not visible in my game wallet, I tried to reach Tashan Win customer service. However, they are not responding and I have not received any update or solution regarding this failed deposit. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either refunding the 1900 INR back to my UPI account or crediting the same amount to my Tashan Win game wallet.
