Bauhaus Fiesta L-Shaped Garden Sofa Arrived with Missing Armrest
I purchased a Fiesta L-Shaped Garden Sofa from Bauhaus, but it arrived with a missing left armrest. The part wasn’t in the box, even though I paid for the full product.
For the past 3-4 days, customer service has done nothing but stall. Today, they told me the process has restarted from the beginning, meaning I’m back to square one. How is this acceptable? Bauhaus not only sent me an incomplete product, but they also refuse to take responsibility and resolve the issue quickly.
I expect an immediate response and the missing part to be sent as soon as possible. Bauhaus must stand behind its products instead of leaving customers frustrated with incomplete deliveries!
