Bauhaus Refused to Accept My Return Because I Didn’t Have the Box
I bought two bedside wall lamps from Bauhaus, but since they didn’t match my room’s decor, I wanted to return them. Even... though I brought the products back unused and in perfect condition, the store refused to accept the return, saying that they cannot take items back without the original packaging.
