I purchased a product from Bauhaus’ online store and completed the return process at their Kağıthane branch. After handi...ng over the item, the store asked me to send a photo of the return document via Bauhaus WhatsApp, which I promptly did. Weeks have passed, and I still haven’t received my refund.
