1win Deposit Missing After Successful Kotak UPI Transaction
On 12 June, I made a deposit of ₹50,000 to my 1win account via Kotak UPI. The amount was debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my 1win gaming balance and remains missing to this day. The UPI transaction ID for this payment is 652921166008. After noticing that the money did not reflect in my 1win account, I contacted 1win customer support. They asked me to share my bank statement as proof of the transaction, which I provided. However, even though it has now been 8 days since I submitted the requested document, my issue remains unresolved and I have not received any clear update or solution. I request that my ₹50,000 either be immediately credited to my 1win gaming account or fully refunded back to my Kotak bank account linked to this UPI transaction. I expect this matter to be investigated urgently and resolved without any further delay, as this is a significant amount that has been stuck for days without a proper resolution.

In the application status, it's showing that payment checked, then why there is this much delay in the refund. Please refund the amount either in the Gaming Account or in the bank account. The amount involved is Rs. 50000 which is a huge amount for me. So, kindly refund the same as soon as possible
