I rented an Opel Corsa from AVIS at Lyon Airport, France, and paid 160.56 euros for a 24-hour rental. Additionally, they charged a 300 Euro deposit to my credit card. I returned the car 36 hours ago without any damage or issues. They assured me that the deposit would be refunded the same day, but I have not received my 300 Euro deposit back. I am requesting AVIS to promptly return my money. Failing to do so would be considered deceptive and unacceptable customer service.
