I Still Haven’t Received My Europcar Antwerp Deposit Refund After 2 Months

I rented a car for two days from the Europcar office at Antwerp Gare, and I paid a €300 deposit at the time of pickup. It's been over two months, and I still haven’t received my deposit back. This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to be professional and customer-focused.

When I contacted Europcar, they just brushed me off and told me to speak with my bank, claiming that the deposit had been refunded. I have checked with my bank multiple times, and there is no sign of any incoming transaction or refund from Europcar.

I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of accountability. I fulfilled my part of the rental agreement by returning the car in perfect condition. Now Europcar is failing to fulfill theirs by not returning my ₺9,000 deposit.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will not hesitate to pursue legal action. I am demanding a prompt refund of my deposit and expect clear, written confirmation of the transaction. This delay and deflection are unacceptable. I hope Europcar finally takes this seriously and processes my rightful refund without any further excuses.
