Avis Car Rental Deposit Refund Issue - Delayed Return of 3000 Dirhams
On June 17, 2024, I rented a vehicle from Avis in Dubai and returned it on June 20. They charged me a deposit of 3,000 dirhams, which is approximately ₺26,850. However, more than 20 business days have passed, and I still have not received my refund.
I discovered online that Avis at Dubai Airport has caused similar issues for many customers. When I call Avis, they claim it is not their responsibility, and there is no one to assist me. I am unable to retrieve my deposit.
I am frustrated with this situation and feel that I have been wronged. I am providing the necessary documents below for reference. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Thank you.



I rented a car from Avis in Dubai during my holiday in August, and as of November, I still haven’t received my deposit back. I’ve sent multiple emails and even reached out to the Dubai Tourist Police, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved.
