Budget Tirana Airport Has Not Refunded €300 Deposit for Opel Corsa After 4 Months
In May, I rented an Opel Corsa from Budget’s Tirana Airport branch and paid a €300 deposit during the rental process. My reservation number is 2310-2119-TR-5. Although I returned the car without any issues, since June I have repeatedly contacted them by email regarding the deposit refund. I was told the payment would be made within 20–30 business days, yet almost 4 months have passed and I still have not received any refund. Throughout this process, I have been constantly stalled without any clear solution. I demand that my deposit refund be processed immediately.
