AVG AGAP Charged My Credit Card Without My Authorization

Today at 7:22 PM, my Yapı Kredi World credit card was charged $13 by a company listed as AVG AGAP without my knowledge or authorization. I did not approve this transaction, and I was not asked for or provide consent either verbally or in writing.

Last year, I purchased a one-year antivirus subscription from this company. However, I absolutely do not accept being charged again this year without providing any new authorization. As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted Yapı Kredi customer service, filed a dispute for the charge, and had my credit card blocked for security reasons.

I request that the unauthorized $13 charge be refunded to me as soon as possible and that all necessary measures be taken to ensure that no further charges are made to my card without my explicit authorization.
