Unauthorized ChatGPT Subscription Charge Sparks Bank Security Investigation Request

On 06/05/2026, an online payment of $15 was made from my debit card at Yapı Kredi Bank, without my knowledge or permission. I absolutely did not make this purchase, nor did I start any ChatGPT subscription.
As soon as I noticed this, I filed a dispute with the bank, but so far no refund has been made to my account, and my card is still active and usable. Because of this transaction that happened without my permission, I've been harmed both financially and in terms of security.
I'm requesting a detailed security investigation into this unauthorized online payment, that this subscription that appears to be related to ChatGPT be canceled immediately, and that the $15 amount be fully refunded to my account as soon as possible.
