I Never Subscribed to Kaspersky but My Card Was Charged

Although I have never started any subscription or membership with Kaspersky, I noticed in my bank statement that a charge of $12 was made to my credit card on June 27. This is the first time I have encountered this company, and I absolutely do not accept my card being used without any authorization, approval, or purchase made by me. The amount was converted from Turkish lira to U.S. dollars using the current exchange rate and rounded to the nearest whole dollar.

I request that the unauthorized $12 charge be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also request that my card information be completely removed from Kaspersky’s systems and that any subscription or automatic payment record associated with my name be immediately and permanently canceled.
